Paying for Treatment

Paying for braces or Invisalign doesn’t have to be painful.

We want to make it as easy as possible for your to receive the best orthodontic care whenever you need it, which is why we offer several ways to pay for braces.

How Much Do Braces Cost?

The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our staff will discuss the cost of your treatment and will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget so you know what to expect before beginning treatment.

While insurance generally doesn’t completely cover the cost of braces or Invisalign, it can reduce the amount you have to pay. If you have insurance that covers any portion of your orthodontic treatment, our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork.

Our in-network status with several major insurance providers means you get the best coverage they offer and the payments are made directly to our office, so you don’t have to forward checks or ask to be reimbursed.

HSAs and FSAs

Health savings accounts (HSAs) are offered to people who have high-deductible insurance plans and allow them to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical care.

Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) do the same for those with normal deductibles, but the money saved must be used by the end of the year.

Both of these accounts can be used to pay for braces.

Medicaid and chip

Accepting Medicaid and CHIP for orthodontic treatment requires quite a bit of paperwork, and not all orthodontists are willing to take it on. We want to help as many patients as we can, so we accept payments from both of these programs and handle the filing of all necessary documentation.

Medicaid and CHIP won’t cover treatment for anyone over 21, but if your child needs braces for a medical reason, they may be covered.
