About Dr. Amy

Dr. Amy Gerber Smith, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, has been creating beautiful smiles since 2005. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia University and her Masters from the University of Louisville. In addition, she completed an Orthodontics residency at the University of Louisville where she was Chief Resident, and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Morgantown, WV.

Dr. Amy served as President of the Blennerhassett Dental Society, and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, West Virginia Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, West Virginia Dental Association, Young Emerging Leaders of the Mid-Ohio Valley, and the Junior League of Parkersburg.

Dr. Amy gives back to her community by involvement with the American Red Cross and Goodwill. She is married and enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, exercising, and cheering on the West Virginia University Mountaineers.
